Eng. Zafrir Sofer
Eng. Zafrir Sofer is a Technion graduate with degrees in Agricultural Engineering. He has over 30 years of experience in many fields including planning, management, development, supervision and more in segments related to water and wastewater infrastructures.
Eng. Zafrir Sofer joined Palgey Maim in 1983 as an engineer, later continuing as chief engineer, and became CEO in 2003. As CEO, Zafrir has initiated many projects that have led directly to Palgey Maim becoming an industry leader in all of its disciplines. He has successfully planned, supervised and constructed dozens of projects around the world – reclaimed water plants, irrigation systems, wastewater treatment, central water and drainage systems, reservoirs, aquaculture pools and more.
Eng. Arye Polinsky
Eng. Arye Polinsky, a Technion graduate with degrees in Agricultural Engineering, joined Palgey Maim in 1993 as an engineer, and was appointed as Chief Engineer in 2004. For over 23 years Eng. Arye Polinsky has skillfully developed many projects in segments such as water, wastewater and drainage.
Eng. Ofer Scheuer
With degrees in both Civil and Environmental Engineering, and over 22 years of professional experience, Eng. Ofer Scheuer is a company asset. He is Director of Operation and Supervision, responsible for all areas relating to waste treatment facilities and management.
Tamir has over 17 years of experience in managing our crews, and operating pumping station, water and wastewater plants and more. He has been part of numerous projects and has consulted on manufacturing electro-mechanic equipment and more.
Eng. Ran Vaisman
With degrees in water and soil engineering, Ran has over 25 years of experience in water infrastructure. Over the course of his career with Palgey Maim Ran has designed and supervised many domestic and international projects in water, wastewater, drainage, reservoirs, waste treatment, reclaimed water and many more.
Graduate of the University of Haifa in Human Services and Political Science, certified mediator.
Has extensive experience in human resources and human capital management.
